The full title of this two volume set is Chambers’s book of days, a miscellany of popular antiquities in connection with the calendar, including anecdote, biography & history, curiosities of literature and oddities of human life and character. Published in 1864 after Chambers’ death, it is a immense collection of information relating to the days, months, and seasons of the year.
